AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML, LLM, and Generative AI solutions to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain automated, scalable, and reliable ETL pipelines for data processing.
• Implement optimization strategies to fine-tune generative models for domain-specific tasks like summarization and text generation.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of generative models and iterate on architectures to enhance performance.
• Deploy microservices on cloud platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement real-time monitoring mechanisms to track AI/ML solution performance and ensure reliability.
• Communicate complex AI/ML/GenAI capabilities and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python for model development, experimentation, and API integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Experience building AI Agents and RAG-based solutions using tools like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience developing end-to-end data workflows and ETL pipelines using Databricks.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and database design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Knowledge Graphs (e.g., Neo4j).
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code within a large corporate environment.
• Ability to synthesize large, diverse datasets into actionable visualizations and reports.
