AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, large-scale datasets, and deep learning frameworks
• Develop and automate the AI engineering lifecycle, including model training and data labeling workflows
• Implement data pre- and post-processing, including data transformations, cleaning, and filtering
• Monitor and optimize GPU resource usage to ensure system stability and performance
• Deploy open-source models and conduct performance benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
• Proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
• Experience with LLM deployment and model-related workflows
• Knowledge of CI/CD environments, Docker, and build/deploy process automation
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or Chinese is an advantage
