AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core frameworks powering the loan decision-making process
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable ML infrastructure and software frameworks
• Partner with senior engineers to lay groundwork for agentic systems and internal decision copilots
• Manage the data and model lifecycle from ingestion and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring
• Build generalized systems supporting multi-tenant use across verticals
• Monitor production performance and proactively propose improvements
• Document learnings and drive adoption of best practices in ML system design

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade software systems
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle and deployment practices
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into impactful business solutions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Strong capability in building modular, iterative solutions for Agentic AI frameworks
