AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Generative AI systems to enable high-quality decision-making and enhance automated communication capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end process of data collection, training, and deploying machine learning models.
• Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI to build state-of-the-art models.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize deep learning training pipelines and develop performance metrics to track model efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in developing deep learning models with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python and C++.
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformer libraries.
• Experience working with cloud-based services, specifically Azure, for model training and deployment.
• Proven experience in large dataset processing, including pre-processing, cleaning, and normalization.
