Responsibilities

• Own and deliver major ML-driven initiatives using LLMs for detection, classification, and analytics
• Build and scale LLM-powered systems and pipelines to process massive volumes of security telemetry
• Contribute across the stack, including LLM pipelines, backend services, APIs, and data infrastructure
• Make architectural decisions regarding prompting vs fine-tuning, model selection, and retrieval strategies
• Collaborate with product, design, security, and platform teams to build reliable solutions
• Leverage AI-native development practices to increase velocity and quality

Requirements

• Experience training, deploying, and monitoring ML models from scratch
• Experience optimizing generative AI systems, including developing metrics and validation sets
• Ability to build and mathematically justify statistical models
• Strong intuition for feature engineering tradeoffs and representing complex structured data to LLMs
• Ability to debug model degradations in production applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building models for time series and corporate telemetry data
• Experience building large-scale detection systems combining heuristics, traditional ML, and generative AI
• Experience building AI agents for security operations use cases
