AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy applied AI and ML features used in production environments
• Develop NLP and LLM-based systems including classification, extraction, summarization, QA, and RAG
• Build and maintain AI-driven workflows and automations integrated with core product logic
• Design and implement backend services and APIs to support AI inference and data processing
• Work with embeddings, vector search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize domain-specific machine learning models
• Improve model performance across accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost
• Deploy and monitor ML systems in cloud environments
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful AI features

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or software engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, NLP, or LLM-based systems
• Experience deploying ML models or AI services into production
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and production reliability
• Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset
