AI/ML Data Scientist II

Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and optimize econometric, statistical, and Machine Learning (ML) models to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
• Design comprehensive ML workflows and develop reliable data pipelines using Databricks and AWS S3.
• Identify, integrate, clean, and transform data from disparate and complex sources to ensure high-quality inputs for ML models.
• Develop, share, and maintain efficient, well-documented, production-quality code following software engineering best practices.
• Create meaningful visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Technology teams to manage timelines and execute tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in a Data Engineer or similar quantitative role.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning principles.
• Deep understanding of Statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex research into business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Media Data Lake (MDL) concepts.
