AIML - Data Operations Annotation Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and development for a team of 25-30 Annotation Analysts
• Oversee performance management to ensure daily, monthly, and quarterly operational metrics are met
• Execute management tasks including hiring, training, conducting one-on-ones, and leading staff meetings
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to meet and exceed performance and quality goals
• Drive operational improvements and foster team collaboration
• Establish effective communication channels and working relationships with internal partners

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of people management experience in a large or multi-site inbound contact center or similar dynamic environment
• Experience supervising a team of 20-30 employees
• Knowledge of contact center management tools, processes, procedures, and performance metrics
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
• Proven experience in coaching and developing employees to achieve optimal results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the field of AIML Data Annotations
• Background in Project Management
• Experience with Quality Management Systems
• Proficiency in Data Analysis
