AI/ML Data and Analytics - Product Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic product and program roadmaps that align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives and enterprise priorities
• Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation
• Partner with business, data, technology, risk, and control stakeholders to define requirements and deliver innovative AI/ML-enabled solutions
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and reporting processes to drive transparency and execution excellence
• Manage portfolio planning activities, including prioritization, investment tracking, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness, business outcomes, and value realization
• Drive change management efforts to support organizational readiness and sustainable implementation of new capabilities
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor for strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in product management, transformation, program management, or strategy
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives within a matrixed organization
• Advanced knowledge of product management principles, product lifecycle, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or a highly regulated industry
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data management principles, and modern analytics platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or AI modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory considerations
• Experience working with global teams and managing initiatives across multiple regions
