AI/Machine Learning Engineer Leader

Responsibilities

• Participate in upcoming research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes
• Complete AI-moderated interviews, written tasks, and qualitative surveys
• Share professional insights regarding workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs
• Provide expertise to researchers and organizations seeking real-world People Ops and engineering leadership insight

Requirements

• Manager-level experience or higher in AI/ML, Software Engineering, Product Management, or UX/Product Design
• Direct experience with workflow management tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com
• Proven involvement in decision-making processes regarding tool selection, budgeting, or strategic implementation
• Ability to commit to paid tasks requiring at least one hour of uninterrupted work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience evaluating, selecting, or implementing enterprise-level development and collaboration tools
• Background in software development or product development workflows
