AI/ERP PI Consultant

Responsibilities

• Establish and support ERP innovation strategies and execution for SK Group and external clients
• Propose AI/DT-linked strategies to modernize legacy systems
• Define business requirements and develop ERP implementation strategies based on client needs
• Design and propose customized solutions for various industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, and distribution
• Redesign business processes and suggest implementation methods using ERP solutions such as SAP
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Lead project teams and facilitate smooth collaboration with clients
• Support the training and capability enhancement of internal consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (Majors in Business, Industrial Engineering, IT, or AI preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in ERP Process Innovation (PI) or AI consulting
• Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP or Digital Transformation (DT) projects
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and AI-based ERP improvement projects within consulting firms or SI companies
• End-to-end experience in the entire lifecycle of ERP implementation, operation, and consulting
• Deep technical knowledge or practical experience in AI/ML and data analytics
• Ability to coordinate complex stakeholder interests and successfully complete projects
