AIDV Advanced Technology Development Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic planning for in-vehicle infotainment systems and NissanConnect services.
• Formulate and propose development strategies for next-generation connected car experiences to executive management.
• Bridge market needs and technical trends to create concrete service concepts during the early conceptual phases.
• Collaborate with diverse internal and external partners to drive the realization of connected vehicle technologies.
• Manage the transition from high-level service concepts to actionable development phases.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Japanese and English with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to organize and structure complex problems.
• TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
• High level of problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management, including task management, risk mitigation, and quality control.
• Experience working with overseas vendors or suppliers.
• Technical knowledge regarding IT equipment such as audio systems or navigation units.
• Knowledge of cloud servers, smartphone applications, or software development.
• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
• TOEIC score of 730 or higher.
