Responsibilities

• Assist and facilitate the cook's work in meal preparation and stock monitoring
• Perform food preparations under the supervision of the cook
• Ensure the maintenance and organization of the workspace
• Formalize traceability and hygiene monitoring

Requirements

• Motivated individual with a desire to please seniors
• Ability to work in a simple and convivial atmosphere
