About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring store shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves according to company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with identifying inventory needs
- Set up company-directed promotions and programs
- Maintain neat department areas and adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
- Ability to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Physical ability to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility for an entire shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mindset with a resourceful and courteous approach to customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- No previous experience is required; comprehensive training is provided for all new team members
