Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and essential daily assistance to elderly clients
- Support clients in maintaining a high quality of life at home
- Manage administrative tasks using the Ouihelp Pro digital application
Requirements
- A professional diploma in personal care OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
- Alternatively, 18 months of experience if participating in our paid internal training
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
