About the role
Responsibilities
- Support elderly individuals with essential daily tasks including hygiene, meals, shopping, and cleaning
- Provide companionship and social connection
- Maintain professional relationships with families to build long-term trust
Requirements
- Diploma in the medico-social sector (DEAES, ADVF, SAPAT, ASSP, etc.) or 3 years of experience with the elderly
- Driver's license (Permis B) and personal vehicle required
- Ability to work flexible hours including one weekend every two weeks
