AI Workflow Architect

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize high-value automation opportunities by engaging with leaders across all business functions.
• Architect end-to-end agentic workflows and build working prototypes using modern AI tools and platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into workflow designs suitable for technical and security reviews.
• Shepherd agentic solutions through the production lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment.
• Benchmark and document the ROI of deployed workflows, including time saved, error reduction, and scalability.
• Develop a library of reusable agentic components to accelerate future organizational automation.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen with the ability to diagnose operational inefficiencies and translate them into problem statements.
• Working familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to prototype solutions.
• Experience with API integrations, including REST and webhooks, to connect disparate systems.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to read and evaluate AI-generated code and workflow logic for correctness and risk.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization (Docker) or workflow orchestration platforms like n8n or Make.
• Familiarity with data security, privacy principles, and responsible AI practices.
• Background in management consulting, business operations, or product management.
