AI Workflow Adoption Lead

Responsibilities

• Map workflows across all business functions to identify high-leverage AI opportunities
• Build function-specific prompt libraries for various departments
• Create role-specific onboarding templates, workflow SOPs, and quick-reference guides
• Run adoption sprints to track usage and iterate on playbooks
• Navigate and earn buy-in from opinionated team leads
• Maintain an internal AI workflow wiki

Requirements

• Proven experience owning software rollouts across multiple business functions
• Daily hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent AI tools
• Ability to write effective, function-specific prompts on the spot
• Strong persuasion and presentation skills for business leads
• Excellent written communication for producing SOPs and playbooks
• Background in revenue ops, customer success operations, management consulting, or SaaS implementation
• Ability to work asynchronously across distributed teams
