AI Video Specialist

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate a complex, AI-first production pipeline to synthesize high-fidelity, cinematic video content.
• Build custom, repeatable, node-based workflows in ComfyUI to scale production.
• Manage multi-model synthesis by combining open-source models (Flux, LTX, Wan) with proprietary engines.
• Ensure temporal consistency and stable, flicker-free motion across all video productions.
• Execute cinematic finishing, including advanced color science, sound design, and audio-visual synchronization.
• Bridge the gap between scripted ideas and visual reality through neural storytelling and professional editing.

Requirements

• Deep filmmaking expertise, including a strong understanding of visual grammar, pacing, lighting, and composition.
• Proficiency in ComfyUI and experience designing complex node-based logic.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI video models and latent space navigation.
• Ability to manage Python environments and navigate GitHub for research-to-code implementation.
• Experience with ControlNets, IP-Adapters, and specialized temporal upscaling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with neural upscalers like Topaz and AI-driven audio cleanup tools.
• Proven ability to build automated workflows to solve repetitive creative tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud and proprietary engines such as Higgsfield, Kling, or SeeDance.
