AI Value Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive time-to-value for customers by owning and executing structured onboarding and implementation sprints
• Partner with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables, journey maps, and change deployment sessions
• Identify friction in the implementation process and propose playbook improvements
• Act as a connective tissue by relaying field learnings back to Product and Sales teams

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, deployments, customer success, or transformation-adjacent roles
• Understanding of operational design and process engineering
• Ability to think abstractly and communicate across all levels, from users to executives
• Experience with automation, no-code tools, or AI workflows
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and executing without perfect information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise SaaS
• Six Sigma process design expertise
• Change management experience
