AI Transformation & Strategic Execution - Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Architect and spearhead the AI portfolio strategy to drive measurable business impact and value creation.
• Translate complex portfolio data into compelling, data-driven narratives and executive-level reporting for senior leadership.
• Identify and champion high-impact "big bet" AI opportunities that drive transformative business outcomes.
• Develop and deploy robust analytical frameworks and governance models to assess and prioritize AI initiatives.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of strategic thinkers and execution experts.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives, influencing key business decisions and investment strategies.
• Forge strategic partnerships across various Lines of Business to orchestrate complex, cross-functional change initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic program management.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application to business challenges.
• Mastery of executive-level communication, specifically using PowerPoint for storytelling and Excel for sophisticated analytical modeling.
• Strong hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Alteryx.
