AI Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams like Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial, and Legal to identify practical AI opportunities
• Use AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise to draft content, summarize information, and analyze data
• Build simple prototypes and demos to demonstrate AI capabilities
• Move AI use cases from ideation to real pilots and daily usage
• Test, iterate, and refine solutions based on user feedback
• Translate business needs into clear, practical AI use cases
• Share wins, lessons learned, templates, and best practices to support broader adoption

Requirements

• 0-3 years of professional experience or recent college graduate
• Strong, hands-on experience using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) in real workflows
• Comfort experimenting with AI and independent problem-solving
• Exposure to business operations, analytics, process improvement, or digital tools
• Experience working in a structured or regulated environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions
• Organized and reliable with a bias toward action
