AI Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage closely with operations teams to understand workflows, pain points, and business requirements
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technology trends and lead cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities
• Design and build full-stack solutions that drive efficiency and productivity improvements
• Lead AI-related projects and drive the successful implementation and adoption of solutions
• Drive the evolution of AI capabilities from internal productivity tools to scalable service offerings
• Share feedback and lessons learned to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical foundation in designing and developing full-stack systems integrated with AI capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex technologies into actionable insights
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal)
• Highly self-motivated with strong learning agility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
