AI Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into AI-driven use cases.
• Design and implement practical AI transformation initiatives to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations.
• Evaluate and apply appropriate AI models and frameworks based on performance, cost, and maintainability.
• Design, test, and refine prompts and workflows to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Define success metrics and track the measurable business impact of AI implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to co-design and deliver AI-enabled solutions.
• Support organizational change management through training and hands-on guidance to foster an AI-first mindset.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI implementation, business analysis, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities, including LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in real-world business environments.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and end-to-end AI-driven workflow design.
• Experience building AI agents or automation solutions using APIs, orchestration frameworks, or low-code tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business with a technology focus.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect technical initiatives to business outcomes.
