AI Transformation & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, and Finance Operations to map workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Translate financial challenges into scalable AI and data solutions
• Build and maintain a structured finance knowledge library to enable AI augmentation
• Conduct AI opportunity audits and prioritize initiatives based on ROI
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and IT teams to deploy customized AI-driven workflows
• Act as a champion for AI adoption and provide training to finance teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, or Management Consulting
• Proven track record of implementing AI tools or software automation in a business context
• Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor)
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure (CRM, ERP) and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workato, Jira)
• Experience with Snowflake or similar database and data management systems
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Operations, or Information Systems
