AI Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI transformation roadmap across business units including Network, CX, Digital, and Operations
• Identify high-impact AI use cases tied to revenue, efficiency, and customer retention
• Lead implementation of AI initiatives such as predictive network maintenance, customer service automation, and fraud detection
• Partner with C-suite to align AI investments with commercial priorities
• Scale AI solutions beyond the pilot stage into enterprise-wide adoption
• Manage AI vendors, platforms, and ecosystems including GenAI and MLOps
• Reduce manual workflows and improve operational efficiency through AI automation

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Data, Technology, Product, or Enterprise Change roles
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes in Telco, Tech, or Consulting
• Hands-on experience deploying advanced analytics, automation, or machine learning in real business settings
• Experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CDO, COO, CEO)
• Strong understanding of how AI integrates into enterprise systems like CRM, billing, and network operations
• Experience in large-scale, regulated, or legacy-heavy environments such as Telco or Digital Infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling initiatives from pilot stage to enterprise-wide adoption
• Background in digital or data transformation prior to recent AI initiatives
• Ability to balance innovation with operational stability in complex environments
• Commercial mindset focused on ROI and measurable transformation impact
