AI Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to operationalize AI across creative and production workflows
• Translate high-performing customer workflows into scalable playbooks and implementation strategies
• Advise customers on organizational and operational changes required for AI implementation
• Drive AI transformation initiatives across large enterprise retail organizations
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to influence product direction
• Create documentation, enablement materials, and workflow frameworks
• Lead strategic customer workshops, product trainings, and executive business reviews
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership teams regarding generative AI integration
• Surface recurring workflow gaps and customer pain points to influence product roadmap

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fashion, retail, enterprise SaaS, AI workflow consulting, or digital transformation
• Deep understanding of retail, fashion, or product development workflows
• Strong interest in generative AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, ComfyUI, Krea, or Runway
• Experience driving operational change management or technology transformation in large organizations
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive and creative audiences
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into practical operational workflows
• Strategic and systems-oriented thinking skills
• Strong documentation and enablement skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in high-growth environments
• Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
