AI Transformation Lead - Compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives within the Compliance function
• Identify and shape AI-enabled use cases and transformation opportunities to improve regulatory oversight
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to specific compliance use cases
• Redesign Compliance workflows to incorporate AI-driven decision support and automation capabilities
• Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, including output validation, bias identification, and detection of model drift
• Oversee the implementation, deployment, and post-production optimization of AI-enabled solutions
• Engage senior stakeholders across Compliance and Technology to prioritize and deliver transformation initiatives
• Drive the adoption of generative AI capabilities and intelligent automation across workflows

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience delivering transformation initiatives through the end-to-end lifecycle
• Recent hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and workflow automation
• Practical experience in AI prompt engineering
• Strong analytical capability working with both structured and unstructured data sets
• Experience in process modelling using BPMN or similar methodologies
• Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, and explainability within financial services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a regulatory or compliance environment
• Background working in a brokerage, trading firm, or large financial institution
• Previous experience in a consultancy role
• Industry project management (PMP/Prince2) or business analyst (SEN) certifications
