Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI use in customer and internal business processes
• Provide advisory services regarding efficiency, decision support, and automation through AI
• Develop and implement solutions based on the Microsoft technology platform
• Work with Copilot, automation, and AI-supported workflows in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with customers and internal teams to map needs and realize solutions
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and other resources across different professional areas
• Contribute to the further development of Cepheo's AI initiatives and service offerings
• Engage in knowledge sharing and internal competence building

Requirements

• Experience in roles such as Technology/Business Consultant, ERP/CRM Consultant, Digital Transformation Consultant, Data & Analytics Consultant, or Microsoft/Power Platform Consultant
• Experience with or strong interest in AI and its business value
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365
• Experience implementing or developing system support for business processes
• Understanding of how technology creates value within an organization
• Experience with workshop facilitation, advisory, or change management
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and business-oriented environments
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
