AI Team Lead/Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a brand-new AI Agent platform
• Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers
• Build and manage AI infrastructure for scale and performance
• Drive product vision and execution to meet aggressive growth metrics
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure successful delivery
• Align priorities with senior leadership and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Establish engineering workflows, processes, and reliable execution rhythms

Requirements

• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years of team leadership
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents and understanding technical constraints
• Strong practical experience designing, training, deploying, and evaluating LLM-based systems
• Expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and production AI systems
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields
• Proven ability to build products from 0 to 1 in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• SaaS experience, specifically in customer service AI
