AI Talent Systems and Recruiting Generalist

Responsibilities

• Partner across the company and drive AI Recruiting Experiments
• Own metrics and reporting for all Talent Matters including dashboards and KPIs
• Maintain ATS cleanliness, structure, and speed
• Set structure for new roles and refine hiring processes
• Support sourcing and research using AI Technology
• Raise the operational bar for the recruiting function

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth startup environments
• Strong academic foundation from a rigorous university
• BSCS or MBA preferred
• Proven experience building AI agents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technical recruiting
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with recruiting tools such as Juicebox, Gem, Noon AI, or Ashby
