AI Systems Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal tools, data pipelines, and AI workflows
• Work with BizOps, Sales, Product, and Data to identify problems and ship solutions
• Automate manual, repetitive, or fragile workflows through process redesign
• Use data and operational insights to identify risk areas and recommend improvements
• Own and prioritize the roadmap for operational improvements across functions
• Standup, manage, and grow the AI Strategy & System function and team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations
• Experience in a high-growth tech SaaS environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or a related field
• Proven track record of implementing solutions in ambiguous environments
• Experience designing system architecture for internal tools
• High comfort building with APIs, LLMs, data pipelines, and automation tools
• Prior experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
