AI Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems to automate business processes
• Own the AI SaaS ecosystem including tool evaluation, vendor selection, configuration, and cost management
• Architect secure, governed patterns for AI tool usage, data handling, and access controls
• Build and manage identity and access management (IAM) across the organization
• Partner with AI Governance and business leaders to define safe usage policies
• Enable and educate teams on effective and secure use of AI tools
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and bring them into production

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI workflows, agentic systems, or multi-step automations in production
• Experience connecting enterprise systems using APIs and workflow automation platforms
• Proficiency with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI
• Experience with orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or MCP
• Understanding of IAM, data leakage risks, and connector security
• Ability to communicate technical architecture to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in small, fast-paced, and scrappy environments
