About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents for roadmap planning, portfolio tradeoffs, and customer requirement tracking
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and structured frameworks
- Own end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment in collaboration with IT partners
- Define and structure planning data inputs, assumptions, and metrics
- Communicate insights and drive tool adoption across various stakeholders
- Operate effectively within ambiguous and subjective decision-making environments
Requirements
- Engineering or Technology degree (e.g., Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Computer Science, IT, or Information Management)
- 3–5 years of experience in analytical, technical, or product-related roles
- Demonstrable technical aptitude in scripting, data tools, or prototyping
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI/ML or data workflows
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management or strategic planning
