- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GPU kernel optimization and LLM system development
- Contribute to the development of agentic frameworks and applications for LLM-driven workflows
- Open-source and publish innovations in technical blogs and top-tier conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in GPU kernel optimization, deep learning system optimization, or HPC
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Strong understanding of GPU architectures and experience with CUDA
- Experience with frameworks like CUTLASS, Triton, or cuDNN
- Experience with profiling tools such as nvprof or Nsight
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills for complex performance issues
