AI SWE/Agentic Handover Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyse large software repositories to map services, dependencies, interfaces, and build flows
• Reconstruct cloud software stack architecture derived from OpenStack
• Use AI coding agents and structured prompting to accelerate code understanding and documentation
• Support build-log diagnosis and compile issue triage in CI/CD pipelines
• Produce structured handover artefacts including architecture summaries and dependency maps
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and security specialists

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps
• Strong coding skills in Python
• Experience with Java, Go, C, C++, or Rust
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, container builds, and Kubernetes
• Experience with codebase exploration and reverse engineering
• Knowledge of OpenStack-oriented cloud architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent hands-on work with LLM-enabled engineering workflows
• Familiarity with AI coding environments like Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code
• Experience with OpenStack components like Nova, Neutron, or Cinder
