AI Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support public sector customers and U.S. Government agencies by troubleshooting complex issues and translating security/compliance needs.
• Act as a technical expert for OpenAI products, resolving novel problems and serving as a final line of defense before core engineering.
• Use scripting and emerging AI capabilities to automate recurring processes and improve internal tooling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in user operations, technical support, or support engineering.
• Proficiency in scripting or engineering code (e.g., Python) to automate tasks and integrate tools.
• Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting skills and ability to master complex new technologies rapidly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
