AI Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Help customers achieve business outcomes through AI use
• Lead new customer deployments including SSO and connector setup
• Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to renewal
• Create and execute joint success plans and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
• Provide program management and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Act as a technical guide and escalation manager
• Monitor deployment progress, adoption, and satisfaction metrics
• Identify and resolve risks or blockers
• Document improvements for onboarding processes and playbooks

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation, or technical customer success for enterprise SaaS
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience serving enterprise clients in consultative roles
• Strong project management and communication abilities
• Experience with process documentation and playbooks
