About the role
Responsibilities
- Help customers achieve business outcomes through AI use
- Lead new customer deployments including SSO and connector setup
- Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to renewal
- Create and execute joint success plans and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
- Provide program management and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a technical guide and escalation manager
- Monitor deployment progress, adoption, and satisfaction metrics
- Identify and resolve risks or blockers
- Document improvements for onboarding processes and playbooks
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation, or technical customer success for enterprise SaaS
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience serving enterprise clients in consultative roles
- Strong project management and communication abilities
- Experience with process documentation and playbooks
