AI Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers, acting as a trusted advisor on deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment across a portfolio of important customers.
• Act as an expert in OpenAI products, including APIs, agentic platforms, Codex, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Identify and validate high-impact use cases by embedding with customer teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Lead account-level coordination across multiple workstreams, including product activation, change management, and rollout planning.
• Partner with Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Research to surface customer feedback and resolve technical blockers.
• Facilitate workshops on use case design, adoption best practices, and internal enablement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Delivery Leadership).
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities, APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Practical experience with authentication and enterprise security concepts (SSO, encryption, and compliance frameworks like GDPR or HIPAA).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, CI/CD, containers, and cloud platforms.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to lead multi-workstream initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for executive stakeholders.
