About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale relationships for government customers as a trusted technical advisor
- Drive account health, adoption, and technical deployment of OpenAI APIs and products
- Design and lead hands-on workshops, hackathons, and training sessions for diverse audiences
- Translate customer workflows into actionable AI adoption roadmaps and use cases
- Partner with Product and Engineering to surface field patterns and technical blockers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles or enterprise adoption
- Deep operational knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and GenAI integration patterns
- Proficiency with Python or JavaScript and familiarity with REST APIs and cloud platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise security concepts like SSO, encryption, and compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in technology change management programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with both C-suite executives and technical teams
