Responsibilities

• Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers and act as a trusted advisor on deployment and adoption
• Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment across your portfolio
• Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions across the product portfolio
• Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams to understand workflows
• Lead account level coordination across multiple workstreams, including product activation and deployment planning
• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders
• Translate customer objectives into actionable adoption roadmaps with clear KPIs
• Partner with Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Research to surface customer feedback and technical blockers
• Guide value realization and measure impact through baselines and post-deployment reporting
• Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or GenAI consulting)
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and common integration patterns
• Understanding of model behavior, embeddings, retrieval augmentation, and fine-tuning
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
• Strong project and program management instincts
• Proven record of driving technical deployments for large enterprise customers with complex environments
