AI Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers as a trusted advisor on deployment and adoption
• Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment across a portfolio
• Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions for OpenAI products including APIs and ChatGPT Enterprise
• Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams to understand workflows
• Lead account-level coordination across workstreams including product activation and deployment planning
• Partner with Solutions Architecture, Product, and Engineering to surface customer feedback and technical blockers
• Translate customer objectives into actionable adoption roadmaps with clear KPIs
• Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting)
• Deep hands-on knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities, APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns
• Understanding of model behavior, embeddings, retrieval augmentation, and fine-tuning
• Practical experience with enterprise security concepts (SSO, encryption, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Proficiency with Python or JavaScript and familiarity with REST APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
• Proven track record of driving technical deployments for large enterprise customers
• Strong project and program management instincts
