AI Strategy & Value Realization Lead

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the AI roadmap by converting vision into structured programs, from ideation and PoC to large-scale production.
• Manage the global AI portfolio to ensure high-impact initiatives align with organizational domains and corporate strategy.
• Oversee resource allocation, including project budgets, vendor partnerships, and internal delivery capacity.
• Track value realization by establishing and monitoring KPIs related to AI adoption and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic oversight for AI governance and ethics to ensure responsible and compliant technology adoption.
• Lead the global AI Community of Practice and oversee the strategic development of the AI & Digital Transformation Academy.
• Drive internal evangelism through workshops, hackathons, and demo days to promote innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Proven expertise in AI and digital strategy combined with high-level business acumen.
• Strong proficiency in program and project management with robust financial planning capabilities.
• Foundational technical proficiency in artificial intelligence and data-driven frameworks.
• Superior strategic storytelling and technical documentation skills.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the construction materials, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
