AI Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop the company-wide AI strategy in close coordination with the Head of AI, Group Strategy, and relevant departments
• Prepare decision templates, strategy papers, and reports for top management and leadership committees
• Manage and further develop governance structures, processes, and standards within the AI_HUB
• Oversee budget tracking, resource planning, and operational management of the AI_HUB in collaboration with Controlling, IT, and HR
• Coordinate cross-departmental AI initiatives to ensure transparency regarding ongoing projects and priorities
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and support the external positioning of the AI_HUB

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Management, or a comparable field
• Proven experience in strategy, management consulting, or building new organizational units
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate different hierarchical levels
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English
