AI Strategy & Innovation Intern

Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for travel consulting, such as analytics and sentiment analysis
• Create standardized, reusable prompts to build a knowledge base for consulting teams
• Build and validate proof of concepts using no-code or low-code tools to test AI use cases quickly
• Evaluate the feasibility and ROI of proposed AI solutions against technical requirements
• Analyze customer feedback and booking trends to identify opportunities for personalized recommendations
• Document technical workflows, AI projects, and ROI projections
• Facilitate innovation sessions and brainstorming with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Marketing
• Translate complex AI concepts into accessible terms for clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree or final year of an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or Business Analytics
• Strong foundational knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or no-code automation platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical ideas to non-technical audiences
• A proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in how technology transforms the travel and hospitality industry
