AI Strategist, Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI Strategy team by setting quality bars and building repeatable frameworks
• Own data analysis integrity by reviewing SQL and validating analytical conclusions
• Partner with Fortune 500 brands as the senior strategic voice for large accounts, engaging with CMOs and VPs
• Perform applied analysis on LLM behavior, prompt patterns, and visibility mechanics
• Write SQL to extract and structure prompt-level datasets
• Use LLM-based workflows to classify, cluster, and synthesize unstructured data
• Produce concise analytical outputs for senior-level discussions
• Contribute to thought leadership and research to shape the AEO conversation
• Drive commercial growth by scaling the function and identifying market opportunities

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client-facing strategy, analytics, or deployment roles
• 2+ years of experience leading or owning a team or function
• Experience reporting directly to C-suite executives
• Deep fluency with SQL for writing queries and QAing work
• Experience building analytics dashboards using Retool, Tableau, or Looker
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (e.g., Cursor or LLM-based pipelines)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
• Proven track record in ambiguous, high-growth environments
