Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategic relationships with Hebbia’s largest clients across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and professional services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Drive customer value and commercial growth by managing account plans and leading enterprise sales motions.
• Architect adoption playbooks for change management and ROI quantification.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to inform the product roadmap.
• Shape go-to-market strategy by codifying learnings from strategic deployments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, institutional investments, professional services, or corporate finance.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships in complex organizations.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth or advisory outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with C-suite executives.
• Deep curiosity regarding AI technology.
• Ability to work in-person 5 days a week in the SoHo NYC office.
