Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across a book of managed accounts
• Become an expert on customer business models to drive product value and "aha" moments
• Teach customers how to leverage our agent-first platform for sales and marketing assets
• Conduct impactful Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that drive customer action
• Manage renewals and expansion by monitoring adoption and customer health
• Document successful playbooks, onboarding flows, and strategies to scale the team

• Proven ability to drive customer outcomes and business growth
• Deep ability to connect product capabilities to specific customer business needs
• Strong empathetic and direct communication style to build rapid trust
• Precision in written and verbal communication, including crisp follow-ups and storytelling
• Scrappy, resourceful mindset with a focus on building and documenting processes
• Proactive approach to renewals focused on long-term adoption and health
