About the Company

Edra is a Series A startup, backed by Sequoia and other leading VC firms, solving the problem of generic AI models by building AI agents that learn and run specific company processes. We are a deeply technical team of engineers, AI researchers, and strategists.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams to learn how work actually gets done beyond formal process documentation.
• Scope and run deployments from initial data pulls to measured results, starting with narrow processes to prove value.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and turn demanding executives into champions.
• Translate field findings into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• Build and run demos, presenting results and proposals to users and C-suite executives.
• Identify patterns across deployments to suggest new market domains.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a deployment, solutions, or customer-facing product role at a high-growth tech company.
• Fluency with AI tools and an understanding of their strengths and limitations with real-world data.
• Experience operating independently in unstructured environments and owning outcomes.
• Ability to work with messy operational data and draw scrutinized conclusions.
• Strong product instinct to distinguish between one-off requests and scalable patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and structure complex thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with operational systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or Jira.
• Background in roles where deployment and product thinking overlap.
• Proficiency with Python or SQL for direct data manipulation.
• Experience helping build a new product category.
