Responsibilities

• Earn customer trust as the primary relationship owner for end-users and C-suite stakeholders
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from discovery and scoping to delivery and adoption
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and researchers to ensure focus on business outcomes
• Navigate complex enterprise data to design for reliability and impact
• Drive user adoption by onboarding users and iterating based on feedback
• Feed the product roadmap by translating customer friction into product improvements

Requirements

• Experience in complex, client-facing roles within AI, technology consulting, or enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills capable of engaging both technical and executive stakeholders
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify actionable paths in complex situations
• Technical proficiency with Python, SQL, or similar tools
• Willingness to travel 25–75% depending on engagement
